My name is Frank Dempsey. At the moment I'm an under-employed Frankfort Attorney with lots of experience in and around Kentucky State Government. Since the legislature is an happening place to be anyway, I thought I'd give blogging a shot.
Plus, I think everybody has a right to know what their elected officials are (or aren't) doing.
